The Office of Arts & Culture has launched two magnificent tools to help locals and visitors connect with public art in the downtown core.   The Map and Guide to Public Art partitions Downtown Seattle into ten walkable sectors to help you locate public artworks while providing elegant descriptions of what you may find.

In addition, you can turn your smart phone into a smART phone by downloading the app called STQRY.  This is an online database that updates based on your location.  STQRY is a collaboration between many local arts agencies featuring public art, museums, cultural centers and historical highlights for you to enjoy.

Focus: The Seattle Center Skatepark is featured in both publications along with many wonderful cultural landmarks and great works of art.

Have fun out there!
